How did Q accomplish the plan of losing the House?
Were the candidates involved? The voters? The voting machines?
I think you misunderstand plan to mean control of every piece on the chess board. The plan was this: given the current realities, keeping the house is not a priority. But we can take a loss of the House and turn it to our advantage. They knew this was a likely outcome a year ago and planned accordingly. As an alternative, they could have decided winning the house was important and planned for that. But they didn’t.
