Yes, I noticed that a few weeks ago and was very frustrated. I kept begging him to endorse Navarro in CA, Diehl in MA and other (R) people running in MA and elsewhere. All lost by huge margins.

Regardless I still hold hope until their number gets to 218. Still not there.
It was a choice. He could rally the relatively small number of tight Senate races, or rally the HUNDREDS of House races.
As it was, he chose the one it was possible to do. The Senate. And he was able to endorse the House candidates in those states he did go to.
And, as Q points out, the Senate was not only doable, but more important for various reasons.

There has to be a purging of state county GOP party leaders. Conservatives must run for precinct committeeman positions.
They select candidates, deny campaign money and advertising for those who manage to win their primaries.
