It seems we share the same opinion on orthopedic surgeons...it was a family doctor that saved my life (and a work bone density screening machine). All it takes is someone who can listen and make common sense decisions and pass it on to their patients.

I wish I had just ask my primary care doctor for a physical therapy prescription. I wasted a month for an orthopedic appointment and all they did was misdiagnosed me. Then another month for the second appointment. I had no idea that GP could prescribe therapy and that therapist these days are actually doctorates and can do their own diagnosis. Usually more accurately.
Things all the surgeons want to do is cut anyway. I’ve had three opinions, and the second one talked about surgery in the very first visit. I didn’t trust him at all.
