I was mistaken - she didn't concede.
It was one of those typical democrat refusals to accept the vote and a vow to fight on - somehow.
It shows how far standards have fallen to see someone like her become a major party candidate and come this close to winning a governorship.

Per politico, dems are at an 18 seat lead in the house with 35 to go. They need 9 more wins. But, the politico count isnt counting the flips. Every seat lost to a flip, the dems need 2 more wins to make up for it. One for their seat, one to retake that lead.
