I should build a memorial in my kitchen.
I will not order lobster in a restaurant anymore. The last couple of times they looked like crawdad tails for a huge amount of money. I either cook them at home or we bbq them when on the boat. I’m kind of lucky that all our neighbors at the marina are big into lobster season. We had a steak and lobster dock party yesterday. Yum! Lobster is one of my faves but I’ve been screwed in restaurants too many times now.
