It’s true, but only in statistics compiled by bureaucrats.
The reason is crystal clear: immigrants, especially hispanics, don’t report crimes, much less illegal immigrants.

That woman is so nasty. I wish she would just go away. I wonder if she got her start at FSU throwing chocolate milk on folks. You know she probably has a large stash of electrical tape and is the leader of the eyebrow clan.
