Any number of Aleutian or remote South Pacific islands are fine for them. Even if you pack them in 1-2 thousand to the square mile they should be able to scrape by on building communal stack stone houses, digging caves, etc. they’re probably going to want to save every scrap of drift wood for fuel. I’m sure we can provide them with tree seedlings and seed stock for growing something, and 6-8 months of prison level rations to get them to-through a growing season. Once they get a crop in, their communal genius should kick right in and they’ll thrive dontcha know?
