I don’t know about the +++ signs. I take them to mean more, additional but not sure.
In my quest to find the answer, I stumbled across this site deciphering Q. I found it interesting.
Given that Q+ has turned out to truly be TRUMP . . . is it off the wall to wonder if +++ could be POTUS, MELANIA & BARRON? Probably not the case but would be a riot if true.
