Evander Kane of the Sharks is the target of a $6 million dollar lawsuit filed by a woman who claims the 27-year-old star reneged on a promise to compensate her for having an abortion.
The unidentified woman said Kane got her pregnant and he finally coerced her into having an abortion last June by offering her $3 million, TMZ first reported. She claimed it was the second time Kane forced her to have an abortion and that he has refused to pay her.

What a dreadful way to increase the bank account.
If this woman’s story is true, they’re both bums. He’s a despicable creep, yes. But it’d be immoral, in my opinion, to enforce her claim and award her compensation for murdering her unborn children.
Why doesn’t she have a name in the story?
People have to take a stand against people (mostly women) just being able to accuse someone for anything without the need to commensurate proof. Not just any proof, but proof equal to the accusation.

Did he offer to pay her the first time? Why did she think he would pay the 2nd time if he didn’t pay her the 1st time?

She didn’t kill the baby. She paid a doctor to do it.
Like any experienced prostitute, she should have insisted on getting the money upfront.

I don’t know but this brings “puck bunny,” a term often times used for groupies of the sport, to a different level.

My cousin married an NHL hockey player.
Her parents pleaded with her not to. Marriage lasted just over a year. When the team was at home he was out drinking with the boys, and when they were on the road he was bedding down puck bunnies. She got her fill of the humiliation fairly quickly.
My cousin looks like a cross between a Barbie doll and Jessica Simpson so I really have to wonder what these puck bunnies looked like.
Basketball players (modern era) have long joked that abortions cost them $50 - $100k ,, extortion from “girlfriends” is apparently rampant and condoned by the players as a cost of business.
She made arrangements to kill her baby, through a doctor, FOR MONEY! That is a hit job!
