A hit on the brachial plexus at the side of the neck can temporarily disable a victim, making resistance impossible. That may be why she was able to “choke him down”.

That video is great.

It shows the actual “incident”. She looks like she was way drunk. First, she reacts violently when her own arm hits a stack of cups, like it surprised her.

Then the guy walks by, his arms at his side, and my guess is her butt was hanging off the stool and he brushed against her. She jumps up and staggers over to him and whacks him from behind in the side of the head, which seems to put him in a daze, then she blacks him out.

Then, WHILE she is choking him, some girl from the bar in a white shirt goes over and slaps her on the butt.
