Only way he became a Representative was because he inherited the late Bill Young organization upon Young’s death [2013]. He was his ‘general counsel’ and got the seat on the replacement special election. I voted for him as the alternative to the Democrat but not for him personally. Always smelled of RINO Deep State and this is proof of that.

This Congressional District (FL CD13) got changed in the prior election to include a significant minority population in St.Petersburg that swung the default from Red to Blue. Our current Congress-critter is the skin-shifting Charlie Crist who went from GOP Governor (following JEB!) to Independent running for Senate in 2010 after losing to Rubio in the GOP Primary to becoming a Democrat running for FL Governor against Rick Scott in 2014 and then ran against Jolly as ‘D’ in 2016 and (finally) winning.

Unfortunately, CC is my congressperson. He is a post opportunistic Transpartyist, a growing branch of the LBGTTQ wing of the Demorat party. Jolly will have to move on as a Demorat, maybe Gillum will appoint him to the Koi pond reclamation board so he can collect a salary and get state retirement money. 40% increase in state taxes will have Florida shedding jobs quickly. There is an amendment on the ballot that will require a 2/3rds vote of the legislature to raise state fees, so maybe that will slow Gillum down, if he is elected. Wasn't gillum the one seeking the ring.
