"You do realize that the Stones' first big hit was a cover of The Beatles' "I Want To Be Your Man"?"

You got that entirely wrong. Lennon/McCartney wrote it with Jagger and Richards in the same room. The Stones recorded it first as a single and went nowhere on the charts. The Beatles shortly thereafter recorded it and it also went no where.

The Stones first hit was "It's All Over Now" in the UK. Written by Bobby Womack and originally recorded by him and his brothers know as the Valentinos.

You're messing with the wrong guy here regarding the Stones. You Silver Beatle types are all the same. Beatles were Rock Gods or some such nonsense. "I Wanna Hold Your Hand", bubblegum. Stones, "Little Red Rooster" bluesy with soul.

I'm a big fan of several of the Stones non-singles:

"The Spider and the Fly"
"Down the Road Apiece"
"We Got a Good Thing Goin'"
"Hip Shake"
"Let the Good Times Roll" (Not sure of that title, because there's a Fats Domino song with a similar title, which was covered by The Animals. One of the lines of the Stones' song is, "The evening sun is sinking low, the clock on the wall says it's time to go."

Among others.
