First off, you take liberties with what I believe and assume things I don't. Let me make my points and you can make yours. But please don't put words in my mouth and make points you think I might make and but don't.

Now to the subject at hand. When I was in banking, we had a saying.

If you owed the bank $100,000 and you couldn't pay, you were f*cked.

But if you owed the bank a $100 million and you couldn't pay, the bank was f*cked.

If this lady has a contract that NBC promised to pay her, they'll dicker and negotiate, but she has the upper hand in court with that contract.

In negotiations, the rule is the first one to blink loses.

NBC just blinked.

I think you put my point in much better context, and I agree with you.

Regarding who has the upper hand, if it gets to court it may be her, but I am assuming that NBC is going to try a weasel out on this as long as they can. I’m not sure they can stop payments, maybe they can, but when you’re talking about this much money, it would be stupid for them not to try to get out of it.

The larger thought to me is how stupid these network execs are. CLearly, NBC, MSNBC and CNN starting at the top, have decided to be anti-Trump completely. This is a stupid decision. Because they’re focusing on that fringe democrat out there.

If Trump were Democrat, they’d be singing his praises right now.

Kelly doesn’t deserve the money, and I predict will not get the money she has coming, but a small portion of it.
