Wonderful! Spooktacular!
My shtick was to turn on the local FM public broadcasting radio station and blast the Halloween programming from my high end stereo system throughout my home at a very high level. Then, I would await my little victims. Alas, tiny feet would grace my wooden front porch, and with great trepidation, trick or treaters would advance to the shadows of my doorway, left open for the haunting sounds to bombard their hyper creative minds. I was never disappointed in their pensive expressions as I made contact with my annual visitors.
Glorious description. I almost missed one because I thought it was a mother but decided afterwards it was just a much older teen with bright red streaked hair. Almost more teens than little kids. And a guitarist who TRIED to serenade us.
