We don’t have children, but we still have to pay for schooling the town’s children. Society bands together for its continued existence, the future of which is defined as children. People have the freedom not to bother with children in their own lives but, as members of society, they don’t have the freedom to not help society continue. MO
We don't have children either, but we pay for schooling the towns children because we own property.....renters and illegals slide and I don't like it one little bit. In fact, I greatly resent it. In addition, I don't have one bit of say-so about what kids are taught...like common core.
Just what am I being forced to pay for? If everyone paid, I still wouldn't like it, but that would at least be a glimmer of fair
That still isn't very freedom-loving. My point was that those that choose to not have kids would be penalized for such a thing.
