Puerto Rico is a country?It ought to be. Then its biggest source of income would be leasing military bases to the United States.
There would also be no automatic right to resettle in Florida, New York, etc.
We could also invite Granada to apply for Commonwealth status and thus fill the void. THEIR citizens seem to actually like America and Americans.
