Before believing any of this, one needs to drill a bit into New Horizons and what it found on Pluto. Totally baffling “scientists”, Pluto has an inner heat and recent, perhaps active, volcanoes. It has an atmosphere... it is blue, for pete’s sake. Some speculation there is an ocean of water underneath ice.
If Pluto can get survive, so can the Earth.

By 800 million years the increased solar output is supposed to cook the Earth. Solution to both problems is to put the Earth in orbit around Jupiter. Tidal stresses applied to a planet can generate the needed heating to keep the center on boil. Mirrors or a parasol can address the sunlight issue. Problem solved!
