Interesting is if the Jubilee had come into effect after the establishment of the State of Israel, Sept 17, 2001 would have marked the beginning of the Jubilee year, which is the verse on the Liberty Bell*. The NYSE was obviously comparing its bell to the Liberty Bell in its ad for "Let Freedom Ring" Day.
