The headline is false as it states that the reason he held the rally was because he was told the stock market opened on 9/12. That IS wrong, he held the rally because “We can’t make these sick, demented, evil people important.”
That misremembered example simply bolsters that line of reasoning. Do you understand now?
Part of the reason the market remained closed was logistics. Part was in memory of those employed by the brokerages that were lost. He cheapened that.
