Very important question.
Knowing who is at the top is most important. Don’t stop when you think you’ve got the kingpin, because it could go higher even when it doesn’t appear to.
But nearly as important is to learn how the organization attempts to remain undetected. You can’t let middlemen off scot-free unless you absoltely need them for prosecution at the highest level
During the 16 election period I came across a video, (around 2 hours), of a guy who was giving a walk through of how voter fraud, (absentee ballots), were being stolen/harvested by the Dems in Tarrant County, Tx. He did a thorough investigation and had names etc. Also he said that he had turned all of his investigation over to the DA. I never heard anything else about it, but this indictment is from Tarrant Co. so I guess the DA was able to prove the info turned over to them.
