I don't care if 'Q' says "the vote is secure".
This does not sound 'secure' to me.
Even if we just get them to SAY they will have mandatory jail time for vote fraud then we might scare some of them from doing it.

Texas GOP should make PSAs on Spanish and English regarding the penalties for vote fraud and non-citizen voting.
Putting fear into the hearts of non-citizens is a good way to suppress illegal voting.
