The 's always confuses me. Is it the "possessive s," or is it short for "is?"
Does the author mean that this is the high school Megyn Kelly went to? or...
Is the name of the high school "Megyn Kelly is Old?"
Can someone help me out here?
You need to use the apostrophe for possessive in all cases except when applying it to the word “it”. Otherwise you start making plurals, and no one wants more than one Me-again Kelly.
