Dodgers’ weaknesses this season exposed by the Red Sox. Suspect relief pitching and inability to score runs with sustained rallies. They played this way in April and May and it finally caught up with them.
Machado definitely won’t be back. Lack of hustle at times should have brought reprimands from Roberts, plus Seager should be ready next year.
Jansen will probably be moved to set up instead of closer.
Kershaw, I don’t know if he’ll invoke his free agent clause (his option). But I suspect the Dodgers won’t be unhappy because it frees up $30 million in salary.
