To: Alas Babylon!

I don’t know how long I’ve been here, but I’ve been coming since this was the Whitewater Page, a few months before Clinton was elected to the White House.

What put me onto it, oddly enough, was a severely critical article defending Clinton against those very early charges that appeared in the OpEd pages of the New York Slimes. Jim was on to who Clinton was before he was elected.

So I guess I’ve been around for about 36 years.

I had just PCSed from Ramstein AB, Germany back to the states. Been lurking since then, finally signed up 20 years ago. .
