It means he had help and was playing a role in case he was needed. I guess the DNC/whoever decided he was finally needed so they shoved him on stage.
Yes...because this isn’t about ‘what’ he had on his windows as much as what he was concealing. Those coverings were designed as was his t-shirt. Not the least bit unusual for this guy to have these put together...or for others have done likewise supporting their candidates and President.
The issue ‘is’ a guy who decided he was going after people with Bomb threats. He was caught/stopped..nobody died....end of story. Everything else is just chasing the media bouncing ball.
