I urge some caution because that sign is placed fairly far from the footprint of the gas station. That sign may be on public property or on another private property.

I totally agree that any business owner doing that in Texas is risking losing customers unless they are willing to discount their gas.

Sure looks like it’s on the gas station’s property in the picture.

Gas is a lot cheaper there too.
