NBC cancelled Megyn Kelly’s show because it produces banal content, has a massive price tag and gets low ratings. NBC used the silly “blackface” “controversy” as a pretext.
HER 3 year price tag (reportedly $69 million) is already “sunk costs”.... so if everyone else is being re-assigned within NBC then they are saving little or nothing, in fact the re-org is probably costing them money. I have no use for her, but to sideline her while they are still paying out her guaranteed contract seems like spite, not an act of business cost savings. I seriously doubt they will get any better ratings in that hour. This is simply Leftard NBC execs posturing and venting.
Some employees have a lower threshold of termination than others. If she’d been getting big ratings, NBC would have let her apologize.
Of course, its the useful excuse they have decided to use.
If it wasnt this it would be something else she said.
