Come to think of it, the peninsula we live on is where a lot of educators live. It’s a touristy place.
Couple of weeks ago I went to pick her up early from school. I can do that. But was told they went for a picnic in the park. So I waited because it wasn’t that long and she said it was one of her best days ever.
I asked my wife: they can do that? Just decide it is a nice day to go picnic?
She looked in the schoolbag and found a note saying there was a staff meeting and they were going to do that.
I said Oh. Nevermind then.
