I don't think six regular stamps would be sufficient postage for even a small metal bomb. In my opinion, the stamps were just camouflage, and the package was planted at CNN, just as the Soros bomb was planted in his mailbox. This raises the question of whether the CNN mailbox is accessible to the general public, or if you need special access.

The package would have to be under 13 oz to be put in an outgoing USPS mailbox. Any larger and it has to be handed over to a clerk. There's no way a clerk would allow insufficient postage.
