The only way for these packages to be shipped from point A to point B and arrive at their destinations on the same day, is to use Overnight Guaranteed delivery. Otherwise, they arrive when they arrive. To use the service at the USPS, you have to fill out a carbon copy form with shipper and recipient info. Info may be forged but there are cameras in Post Offices that may catch who sent them.

Right now they are showing the John Brennen envelope on CNN and it has 6 stamps on it. So not overnight.
