As has become the norm with the President, he often alludes to things, that he knows to be true but doesn’t come right out and say it. He baits the media into doing their job and having to prove his point. In this case, I’m thinking it’s the muslims that are in the mix, lots and lots of MS13-types and the funding source(s).
