Won’t help you pass them (I’m a urologist). You need to drink increased fluid, unless there is a plan for surgery. Tamsulosin, or Flomax, can also help stones in the lower ureter (the channel from the kidney to the bladder). I certainly feel for my patients with stones, and pray I don’t pass one myself.
