I work in retail,see it all the time!
Kids speak for them because they can't speak English or can't apply for a store credit card because they only have id from Mexico and have no social security id! Been going on now for a few years!
Terrible,so ‘ll ask for tax id number...oops the kids says not today ma'am but maybe later! HMM!
