These screwed up people, being polite here as it is Sunday morning, have made a complete mockery of athletic competition and records. Born female, always female, born male, always male. While people might think that someone may appropriate for whatever reasons whatever gender, race, or such they desire, it does not change their born, genetic identity. Put lipstick on a pig, it is still a pig. These people can cut off their penis, put on a dress, wear makeup, etc., but that doesn't change the fact that they are otherwise still male.

How people compete and records need to correctly reflect gender. This needs to be fixed for future records and updated to correct errors in records for recent years.

Look how the world's turned upside down! On the face of it, parsing that sentence makes it appear that some normal woman was suffering at the hands of weirdos called "cisgender females".

In fact that description wins the George Orwell award for turning the world on its head. The correct way to write that sentence would have been

"unfair for him to have competed against normal females".

I have no idea what "cisgender" means exactly but it is always used to marginalize normal people. It is a pejorative synonym for normal.
