The FOLLOW UP VIDEO shows he is not worse for discipline & actually seems to agree with his Mom.
Even in Texas, I predict she will be arrested, charged and convicted of some horrible law. This will prove again that our government is the enemy of the people.

Only if she is in the country illegally. then the entire family should be sent back where they came from. Otherwise, sounds like the mother needs to be in therapy.
The 14-yo should be arrested, though. Otherwise this will be the start of a life of crime for him. Obviously, he has no values he learned at home.

Neither cars are “new” but new to the family. Her Dad buys cars at auctions and fixes & ‘flips’ to sell. The mother is the 3rd generation to take over the family business & her Dad works for the business: Stover Electric. He also became a U.S. citizen about 4 years ago.

She should be given a medal for good parenting. When I was that age(oh say 50 years ago), I got a good whopping with the belt from my mom when I got up to high jink like this one. Did me a lot of good.

Darn, for a moment when I saw El Paso and car theft, I thought that the known criminal and a fake Mexican Robert O’Rourke got belted.
What crap.
I thought the funniest thing was watching her take the belt to kid. I’m glad the boy had enough sense not to laugh as his mom was touching him with the belt (hard to call it a whooping with the way she was doing it).
And I like the follow up very much, removing his bedroom door is a classic. I think what is unspoken is that Daddy put the fear of God in him.
