I was a little dense with that paragraph, in the phrasing, Judas goats (of which “Judas” implies Republican betrayors), and also the line includes destroying “their party” (which implies their party- as in, the Republican Party. How do you take all that?
I read about the term “Judas goat” before. It means a mole - someone playing the part of (in this case) a Dem, who misleads them Dems by making suggestions or plans which attract the Dems, but are actually suicidal.
It has been posited before this that Trump has a mole or more in the Dem party, making crazy suggestions that they like and then blow up in their faces.
Sort of akin to James O’Keefe Project Veritas, but not journalism - sort of political spies/enemy agents wormed into the Dems.
Should have added - the “goat” part is like one goat in the herd leads the others into a dangerous or bad spot.
