***** Sessions apparently found out that the idea of a plea deal was under discussion, and didn’t like it. He has said that he thinks Guantánamo is “a perfect place” for putting accused terrorists on trial—much better than federal courts, despite their record of actually gaining convictions. And, like the President, he has spoken wistfully about sending more prisoners to Guantánamo, noting that there is “plenty of space” there. (The number of prisoners at the site has fallen to a few dozen.) According to the document

However, many of us FReeQs recall reports of $$$ mega millions being spent at Gitmo on expansions and upgrades.
I searched -- long and hard -- for evidence of such expenditures being converted into infrastructure -- and found no such evidence visible on available OHI..
I just reported on what I didn't see. (Straight OHI Intel report...)
