Give Mexico 24hrs to shutdown this invasion. If not successfull, physically remove about the last twenty miles of serviceable roads and bridges leading to the US border ( on the Mexico side). Create a Southern border DMZ.

Result:
1. No more illegals
2. No mor drugs
3. No more kidnappings along the border
4. All American companies return to US immediately
5. Mexico pays for wall and roads.

Declaring a national emergency + cutting off money to the 3 countries involved, will allow PDJT to do more than he could without having those two items in place.

And it will have an effect; at one point, the mob did turn around.
