I think now that we have a solid SCOTUS, judicial activism will start to be nullified.

If you can find the time (I know you are busy) could you please just go clean up the 9th Circuit? They are bent on nullifying the Constitution . . . and NOW, with RBG sunsetting, they feel more urgency than ever.

Imagine a federal judge in Underbrush, Ore., saying they are making a ruling for the whole country! Should we then eliminate SCOTUS? ...perhaps turn the Sup Ct building into a homeless shelter for undocumented aliens?
