I could tell you about a secure building entryway built as a tunnel with battleship armorplating walls, ceiling & floor -- with a steel outside door that could not be re-opened from the inside and an inner steel door only opened from inside the secure area.

Hated going through the thing -- because there was a row of key-triggered thermite bombs atop that steel ceiling.
