Sarah Carter was reporting some “facts” on Hannity but I haven’t found any backup. I trust her more than most.

IMHO Sara Carter is very trustworthy. She is or was in Guatemala with someone from Judicial Watch. They may have something on it, or just collecting info.
Trump and others in the administration have given some very broad statements about bad actors in the horde, and who is behind it, in general terms.
When the time is right, it will be made public.
