A little over 58k was the margin in 2016 from mail in ballots so we are well on our way. Also, not sure how many ballots are being included from those panhandle counties that were affected by Michael.
As tragic as the loss was up there in places like Mexico Beach, I doubt that the total numbers of displaced voters amount to that much.
