In the United States of America for those that reject the ghetto culture and just want to be hard working Americans. Which is most blacks in our nation. The ghetto sub-culture and left wing crazies get on the attention in the media. The vast majority of hard working and successful blacks are ignored by the media. It does not fit their left wing narrative.

I am a pharmacist now thankfully retired. My boss of many years was a black pharmacist from Mississippi. He knew what real discrimination was back in the 60s. He held no anger no animus for it. He grabbed the American dream and ran with it! That is the way it is supposed to work. He was the best boss I ever had and is my friend.
As for the Black folks over here, some of whom already do well, just effectively let them sink. No AA, no direct riot-prevention payments, etc. Frederick Douglass once said (paraphr.): "If the Negro cannot stand on his own two feet, then let him fall." Such was Douglass's high confidence in Black people.
So let them all fall. I'm willing to bet most of them will rise again, much better than before.
