Wow, I really lucked out after 2 prior’s. All I had to my name was 3K in the bank, and a beautiful girl said I needed her. She was right 40 yrs ago and she is still here. I have to say most of the list is correct. Keep them laughing, its healthier than having lots of $$$$$. Lots of $$$$ doesn’t keep you healthy or happy, the more you have the more you will worry. I married an 1980’s woman who was lost in the 1950’s, there aren’t many of those around anymore. Today she baked 2 pies from scratch, like you will find that kind of a woman in today’s generation, around today?

If a woman is interested in how much money you have/make, and you are looking for marriage material, doesn’t matter what she looks like, look elsewhere.
No woman wants to be poor of course, but women who focus on the material things are shallow and likely to become unhappy when that disappears. That’s when disaster strikes.
