Public access TV is too different, and could lead to bad precedent.

Public access TV is paid for by the public in taxes. Facebook isn't paid for by the public, but Facebook makes money off the public.

I agree, not the right case.

Because public TV is, well, public, that would be a separate basis for finding that stations can’t discriminate. But then, how are they to decide what points of view to air? If PBS runs The Crown, do they have to run a documentary from someone who doesn’t like the Queen? Seems tricky to me. Whereas with social media monopolies, it’s easy. Let people be free to say whatever they want, unless what they are saying is ILLEGAL.
