In every single debate, in every question they asked her, she immediately launched into a rehearsed answer almost before they had finished asking the question. Never once did she have to stop to think on her feet or improvise, because she was given all of the debate questions ahead of time.

That’s why its so funny that she flipped out backstage after the honorable (snicker) Matt Lauer asked her a real, unexpected question.
I noticed that during the debates as well and agree with you. For someone who used to say “you know” constantly, her debate performances were phenomenal by comparison.
