I was a potential juror on a sexual assault trial - they repeated that to us several times, “you only have to believe her”. I was shocked, huh? ...at what point does evidence and innocent until PROVEN guilty come in?
They’ve carved out an exception here. If women didn’t LIE SO OFTEN that would be one thing but THEY DO. This is idiotic...we’re just supposed to trust they won’t lie, it happens EVERY DAY.
I want to see WOMEN pushing for severe punishments for false claims. Once I see that I’ll take their “believe all women” stand a little more seriously.
