Steinbach also told Vanity Fair that McCabe sitting on Weiner's laptop for weeks prior to the 2016 election was just normal bureacratic latency, nothing to see here. Total BS, of course. The guy is swampy as hell which explains why he's next in the batter's box according to Q.
A close look at his various FBI positions and locations (Guantanamo, Afghanistan) over the years almost literally screams CIA. The CIA purposely infiltrates key positions in the FBI and other agencies, Strzok being another example.
