Chrome is from Google, and would look at an effort to clear cookies the way HAL looked at being shut down. “I’m sorry, I can’t do that, Jerry.”

IN reality, with most browsers, you go to settings (preferences in Mac) and then look for one that involves History, and then look for a setting that says “clear cookies”. Some let you clear everything, history, cookies, etc. with one click.

Opera was bought by a Chinese company. I think it was original a Swedish company. I don’t trust it any more.

I've been using Opera since 96 when it was trialware - Norwegian Company - and I kept paying for it.
It finally went free.

Cripes, I was pissed it adiosed Presto for Chromium then Blink.
I kept 11.5 long passed its shelf life.

I was asleep at the wheel, as I didn't know it was bought by a Chinese Co.

Now I've got to go find something else.
