It’s probably way too much information for you, not trying to be a jerk or anything. It’s meant for web developers or people that know their way around things internet pretty deeply.

Web developer options allow folks like me to do our jobs easier. For example the Network tab in web developer options will show ALL network activity by the web browser.
Inspection allows you to see exactly what controls are on a web page and allows you to see their properties, etc.
LOTS of info there, useless to most people.
